Approach

Slow First.

We spend more time reading than most firms expect. It is the cheapest part of the work and the part that makes everything after it land.

The order of things

How It Runs

  1. I

    Read

We start with your case. What you sell, which institutions buy it, how the last good deals actually began. We look at which doors you run and which sit shut, and we write it down as your Reachable Buyer Map.

  2. II

    Agree

Together we set a baseline for where things stand today and what a working channel should change. We report against that line from then on, so neither of us has to guess whether it is working.

  3. III

    Build

We design the channels that fit, research the accounts and the people, write the messages, and shape the site and content that will answer a buyer who goes looking.

  4. IV

    Run

We run it ourselves. Every message is reviewed by a person before it goes. We watch what buyers respond to, cut what they ignore, and keep going until the channels produce pipeline you can point at.

  5. V

    Hand over

Then it becomes yours. The playbook, the data, the sequences and the know how move across, and your own people are trained to run them without us in the room.

What we ask of you

A Little Candor

We will need an honest account of how you win today, including the deals that came from luck. The truth about your current network is the best map of where a system should start.

We will need someone on your side who can answer a hard product question quickly. Bankers ask good questions, and a fast, accurate answer is worth more than a clever opening line.

And we will need you to want to own this in the end. Everything we build is built to be handed to you.

The first step

Tell Us Your Case

The reading starts with a short note from you. We will write back with your map.
