Privacy notice

This notice explains what Banking Outbound does with the information you give us through this site. We have kept it short and plain, because a notice nobody can read protects nobody.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your firm and its website, your role, and the message you write. If you write to us directly, we keep your email and what it says.

Why we collect it

We use it for one thing: to answer your request. That might mean writing back with your Reachable Buyer Map, asking a follow up question about your case, or replying to something you asked. We do not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to twelve months in case you come back to the conversation, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information, rent it, or trade it with anyone. It is seen by the people at Banking Outbound who are working on your request, and by the services that host this site and carry our messages, only so far as they need to.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics. We do not track how you move around these pages.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it at any time. Write to angelina.walker@bankingoutbound.co, or send the request through our contact form, and we will act on it. If you would like us to stop contacting you, reply "stop" to any message from us and we will.
